1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WebRefer Data Ltd services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Description

WebRefer Data Ltd provides web data analytics and research services including custom web analysis, domain intelligence, technology analysis, and data services for machine learning applications. Services are provided as described in individual service agreements and proposals.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of data and insights delivered complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

Data deliverables are provided under license as specified in individual service agreements. WebRefer Data Ltd retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, systems, and processes used to generate deliverables.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the service relationship. Specific confidentiality terms may be defined in individual service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebRefer Data Ltd provides data and analysis on an "as is" basis. While we maintain high accuracy standards, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of all data points. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to any claim.

7. Data Accuracy

We commit to the accuracy standards described in our methodology documentation. Clients should verify critical data points for high-stakes decisions through independent sources.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual proposals and service agreements. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service relationships with 30 days written notice. Project-based engagements conclude upon deliverable acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
